BLOOMSEEK

Privacy Policy

Effective September 5, 2026

This policy describes how Bloomseek handles information when you play the game, make a purchase, or contact support.

Information on your device

Bloomseek stores your completed-puzzle count and sound and haptic preferences locally on your device. No Bloomseek account is required. The current app does not send your puzzle progress to a developer-operated server.

Purchases

Apple processes in-app payments. Bloomseek uses Apple’s StoreKit to check whether you own Remove Ads and to restore that purchase. We do not receive your payment-card information. Apple handles purchase and account data under its Privacy Policy.

Advertising and privacy choices

Bloomseek uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Ads are requested only when UMP permits them after checking your consent information. Where required, a privacy message lets you make choices; Settings shows “Ad Privacy Choices” when Google requires an ongoing choices entry point.

Google’s advertising SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), app- or device-related identifiers, diagnostic and performance information, ad impressions, and interactions such as video views. These support advertising delivery, measurement, reliability, and fraud prevention. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s SDK data disclosure for more information. Bloomseek does not request App Tracking Transparency authorization or access the IDFA through its own code. Ads can operate without IDFA; other SDK data collection still applies.

Interstitial ads appear only at eligible transitions after completed puzzles. Rewarded ads are optional and grant two hints only after Google confirms the reward. Closing an ad early or an ad failing does not earn a reward. A verified Remove Ads purchase suppresses ad requests and provides the extra-hints action without watching an ad. Google’s consent service may still process privacy choices.

Contacting support

If you email simonsheddy6@icloud.com, your email address, message, and any information you choose to include are used to respond and resolve your request. Avoid sending payment details or other sensitive information. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations.

This website and external links

These policy pages are hosted by here.now. Visiting them sends normal web-request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to the hosting provider. The pages do not include analytics scripts, forms, or advertising cookies. External websites and your email provider apply their own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can remove local app data by deleting the app; device or cloud backups may retain copies according to your backup settings. Apple maintains purchase records separately. You may contact support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent us, subject to applicable requirements.

Children

Bloomseek does not ask players for their age or personal information. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the game. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information to support can contact us to request deletion.

Changes and contact

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For privacy questions, email simonsheddy6@icloud.com.
