Terms of Use

Effective September 5, 2026

These terms describe your use of Bloomseek, a word-search game. The app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that license and do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

Using Bloomseek

You may use the app for personal entertainment in accordance with its license. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or copy or distribute its protected content except as permitted by the license or applicable law.

Remove Ads

Remove Ads is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. The App Store purchase sheet shows the price and currency before you confirm. It is not a subscription. In the current version, ownership also lets you obtain reward hints without watching an ad.

Apple processes payments. Use Restore Purchases in Settings while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Purchase availability depends on App Store configuration and your region. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s purchase support, subject to applicable rights and policies. A refunded or revoked purchase may no longer unlock its benefits.

Optional rewarded ads

You may choose to watch an ad for two hints. Hints are granted after the ad provider confirms the reward; an early close or failed ad does not earn hints. Ads depend on network access, privacy choices, and availability. The app does not guarantee an ad will be available for every request.

Progress and availability

Game progress is stored locally. Deleting the app or changing devices may remove that progress; restoring a purchase does not restore puzzle progress. Features may change as the app is updated. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular number of future puzzles or updates.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, purchases, support communications, and these hosted pages.

Responsibility

The app is provided subject to the warranty and liability provisions of the applicable license and law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates

Revised terms will be published here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
